    Arizona’s Sky Harbor Airport is one of several in the U.S. participating in the Transportation Security Administration’s behavior-detection program.   • New York baggage handler charged in drug, theft scheme
    A baggage handler was charged with stealing items from travelers’ lost luggage and running a drug-importation ring in New York. Jorge Guerrero, who worked for a company delivering lost luggage for airlines using LaGuardia Airport and John F. Kennedy International Airport, was charged with grand larceny, criminal possession of drugs and conspiracy to distribute drugs. His wife and four accomplices were also charged.
